Orders

How can I order sweets from Kriz?

You can order through our website, or contact us directly on 012 00006529, or contact us via WhatsApp, or visit any of our six branches in Riyadh.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 riyals for delivery within Riyadh. There is no minimum order for orders placed directly in branches.

 

Yes, you can cancel your order within one hour of confirmation. Custom orders or orders already in preparation cannot be canceled.

Yes, we offer a special order service based on size, flavor, and design suitable for different occasions.

 

Custom orders

Can I order a custom cake?

Yes! We offer custom cake design services for events, weddings, and birthdays. Please order at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you offer sweets for diabetics?

Yes, we have a range of healthy desserts with no added sugar that are suitable for diabetics. Ask about our healthy dessert menu.

Can I order large quantities for events?
Absolutely! We offer catering services for events and parties. For large orders, please contact us at least one week in advance.
 

Delivery

What delivery areas are available?
We deliver to all parts of Riyadh and its suburbs. Areas outside the city center may incur additional charges.

 

How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time is 45-60 minutes within Riyadh. This may vary depending on location and peak hours.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for orders over 500 pounds within the central area. 

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash on delivery, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada), Apple Pay, and bank transfer.

Do the prices include tax?

Yes, all prices shown include 15% VAT.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer the option of installment payments through Tamara and Tabby for orders over 200 pounds.
 

Working hours

What are the branch opening hours?
Most of our branches are open from 7 am to 11 pm (Saturday - Thursday). On Fridays, hours are from 2 pm to 11 pm. Hours may vary by branch.

 

Do you work during holidays and special occasions?
Yes, we are open on all occasions and holidays. Our opening hours may vary during Ramadan and holidays.

 

Can I pre-order for a specific date?
Yes, you can schedule your order for a specific time when you place it. We recommend booking in advance for events.

Are your products halal?
Yes, all our products are 100% halal and we use high-quality ingredients from certified suppliers.

 

How can I identify the ingredients in sweets that might cause an allergic reaction?
All our products have a list of ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering and we will help you choose the right product.
