Return and exchange policy
At Kriz Sweets, we strive to offer the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our fresh food products, we have a special return policy in place to ensure product safety and quality.
Acceptable Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
Receiving a damaged or broken product
• Receiving a product different from what was ordered
• There is a clear defect in the product quality
• Quantity does not match the order
The problem must be reported within two hours of receiving the order.
Unacceptable returns
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
• Customer change of mind after receiving the order
• The problem was reported more than two hours late
• Improper product storage by the customer
• Custom or made-to-order orders
• Products that have been opened or partially consumed
Return procedures
For returns or exchanges, follow these steps:
1. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp
2. Send clear photos of the product showing the problem.
3. Keep the product and original packaging.
4. Wait for confirmation of return approval.
5. Arrangements will be made to receive the product or send a replacement.

• If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable except in case of an error on our part.
• For custom orders, preparation costs may be deducted.
